CONPHIMASK 85

CONPHIMASK 85 è un silicone (polisilossano) elastico per il laboratorio odontotecnico.
Si presenta come una massa ad elevata viscosità, facilmente plasmabile e molto scorrevole, che miscelata manualmente con lo specifico catalizzatore CATALYSIS gel, polimerizza per condensazione. Indicato in tutte le applicazioni (stampaggio/ registrazione) in cui è necessario riprodurre fedelmente una superficie, CONPHIMASK 85 assicura una elevata definizione dei dettagli in ogni condizione di utilizzo. L’elevato grado di durezza raggiunto dalla massa polimerizzata, unitamente ad un eccellente recupero elastico, lo rendono particolarmente adatto in presenza di importanti sottosquadri e in tutti quei casi in cui è necessario conservare a lungo le informazioni rilevate. Le superfici ottenute con CONPHIMASK 85 risultano facilmente scansionabili con i più comuni sistemi CAD/CAM/CIM.

It is presented as a mass with high viscosity, easy to shape and very supportive, which mixed manually with the specific catalyst CATALYSIS gel, polymerizes by condensation. Indicated in all applications (stamping/ recording) where it is necessary to faithfully reproduce a surface, CONPHIMASK 85ensures a high definition of details in all conditions of use. The high degree of hardness achieved by the polymerized mass, together with an excellent elastic recovery, make it particularly suitable in the presence of important undercuts and in all those cases where it is necessary to store the information for a long time. The surfaces obtained with CONPHIMASK 85are easy to scan with the most common CAD/CAM/CIM systems.
